At PÜR Minerals, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
